In light of the recent school shooting, and in an effort to do everything we can to increase safety for our students and staff, Harper ISD will implement a clear backpack/bag policy for students for the upcoming school year. We want to get the word out early before parents begin shopping for school supplies. Bags will need to be clear, colorless plastic, but can have colored accents.
