Welcome to our first issue of the Harper Herald. I believe Harper needs a paper, but I can’t do it all by myself as we need people who want to show their hobby to others, and our businesses and other organizations who want to use this opportunity to showcase the things that they are working on.

If you are interested in doing so, I will make the space available for you to talk about your favorite subject.

Because of the high costs of printing, I have decided to use this format so that we can have a daily paper, and have it available on cellphones (hopefully) and definitely readable on tablets and computers.

We do not currently have a office in Harper, but we are actively looking for one.
